This place was always clean well maintained. And when I asked for maintenance was always there for me. And they were very fair and everything they Did. excellent place.

Very professional and kind people! Worked with me & was very understanding. Got my family & I into a very nice property & any little issues Ive had theyve came ASAP and handled it. I dont plan to go anywhere anytime soon! 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know that is looking for a place.

Horrible!!! I was due to resign my lease March 12th 2020 but I had a baby march 8th and the day after I came from the hospital COVID shut everything down. I reached out multiple times to sign but phone calls went unanswered and unreturned then Jamie turned around and served me with a 30 day notice months later because I told her they had no reason to tow my car. It was registered, in my name and it was listed on paperwork I signed for them. There was a flat tire that literally happened a day or 2 before it was towed. My bathroom ceiling collapsed due to leaking pipes and no one came for at least a month. I mean literally had to keep a bucket in there to catch the water from the pipes because no one obviously viewed that as an emergency situation. I was shown one apartment before moving in but upon my move in date it was a completely different apartment with holes in the carpet in each room. When I moved out I should have been receiving most of, if not all of my deposit back but no one ever answered or called back in regards to me receiving it. Quite literally an all around slum lord and has no moral compass at all.
