They manage 38 Commerce and the response time is pathetic. I was ready to sign a lease but their property manager, Logan Leavitt, was impossible to communicate with. Application fee was a waste of money. Look elsewhere.

Heads up... 11 Prospect NE location. Visible water damage and possible structural damage. Property appears poorly maintained. Dirty. Seen while visiting a friend. Friend also reported a KRIMSON affiliate wearing a "CALIFORNIA SLUMLORD" hoodie during scheduled walkthrough. Implies the team will put little to no effort in maintaining the property. Renter beware...

I have only good things to say about Krimson! My husband and I have lived in two different Krimson properties in Grand Rapids over the last few years. Maintenance has been wonderful, timely, and fantastic about wearing masks and social distancing during COVID. The people at the Grand Rapids office were very accommodating when we wanted to transfer to a different property/bigger apartment and with various related requests including our two dogs. We absolutely love where we live; the quality of the property and price of rent is unbeatable in the area we live in. It is sad to see negative reviews, since we have had such a good experience with Krimson (unfortunately, I think people only tend to review when they've had a negative experience). *contrary to other reviews, I was not compensated for this review, I just genuinely love where we've lived.
