I hate it here 20 roe st. This place is infested me and my father moved in here in September of last year. We just recently got charged $45 per maintenance fee for maintenance that didnt even come to our door thats $90. We are on section 8 already and we cannot afford for someone to just take our money like that, dont know why I am planning maintenance fees for in infested apartment, building with roaches and mice. I am currently still a tenant here. When this was first going on, I was already moved into my apartment, when a maintenance man offered me to shower in another apartment building, which I thought was very weird. I am so over this place. Do not move to 20 roe st. Battle Creek MI

Stay away from this company I never lived in any off his properties, and they sent me to collections, but i never rented anything from this place ,,, This is a scam JONH CLARK is a SCAM And will ruin your credit I never rented a property from this company, and somehow, they sent me to collections JONH CLARK IS STEALING MY IDENTITY
