Shannon was AMAZING! she genuinely cares about her clients. The tour was straight forward, and no details were left out. We havent officially signed our lease yet, but we already feel at home here. The property is clean and well kept, and the staff are extremely helpful, kind and genuine. Shannon is just great! :)

My favorite thing about this property management company is when they snatch up residential properties for $50k over asking price, taking it from people that actually need it, and then turning around and renting them out for twice their mortgage payment. No one will ever be able to buy a house in Grand Rapids. Keep doing your thang guys! Well just be here paying you $2k in rent and starving to death on the side.

I have lived in 2 Fulton group homes now and I have had nothing but great experiences. Homes are spotless during move in and all of the staff are easy to get ahold of/very kind. Maintenance is amazing! I have never waited more than a day when putting in a maintenance request.
