The worst rental company. They only care about getting the lease signed. Never reply to emails, calls or texts. They dont care.

Scam, they dont follow their own contracts. They take your money without a valid explanation. They do business only through text; which is the biggest RED flag of all, when you spending large amounts of money like app fees, security deposit, and mthly payment(rent). Office is never open to get real answers. Save yourself the heartache and pain. Find a more loyal company to rent from.

I'd give 10 starts if I could - its been a tearfully warming experience living in an Urban Pharm unit. All-star fav employee for sure is Crystal Brady; every inspection visit with Crystal was a great way for me to start the day, and I'm going to miss the heck out of her! I'm now a recent former renter through these folks; they have beautiful units, great locations, and their rent/utility-coverage are consistently reasonable. Truly WONDERFUL people work for Urban Pharm LLC; their management team, accountants and maintenance - all-around gems to rent from.

The initial phases of renting were quick and the staff was very responsive. However, after signing the lease it has been a huge headache. Talking directly with anyone, phone or email, is nearly impossible. We received incorrect codes to pick up keys for our place from a coded lock box. We were charged a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee and walked into a place that had, at most, been mopped and a cursory wipe on countertops; dusty shelves, dirty baseboards, mud around the fridge, dirty in the corners, dirty carpet. There are a huge swath of maintenance issues that should have been dealt with prior to a move in, even in an older building. The front door threshold is not set and gaps hugely, the back door has no keys to lock or unlock it, half the windows are missing screens, the floor has holes that would be easily patched/sealed, the kitchen floor is buckling so badly it has ripped through the linoleum. A cursory walkthrough of the unit revealed an older building that of course had some "character", but between the lack of cleaning, maintenance, and landlord special of unaddressed issues and lack of communication? I want out of this lease. Not impressed.

Went through a week long process of them asking for me to call my apartment complex and their home office to get payment files for urban pharm. They require a background check and full payment history from every month of every place you've ever lived at and a full tenant ledger. They got my background and info saying my credit score was 773 immediately and that I have never missed a payment or had any negative history in my life but this meant very little to this company. My co-applicant who has no rent history got approved immediately. However, since I had a rental history and even provided them with receipts of my on time payments every month an my current lease, they still required me to produce a ledger of all payments to my apartment complex. And yes, my apartment managers were as confused as I was at this ridiculous acquisition. In summary, Jessica Rossell is completely inept at doing her job and will require you to do it for her. Thankfully I caught on after a few days of back and forth and was able to get a lease for a different house in just two days while seeing this mockery of a "property manager" do her thing.
