Jay fixed my issue about a month ago quickly and at a very reasonable price, but I knew it was a temporary fix due to my 70 year old pipes. I was pleasantly surprised the clean out lasted so long, especially with a toddler complicating things. When it was time to replace everything, I had to call them, and I was not disappointed. Im no stranger to plumbing issues but am new to the area, and as any homeowner knows, the quality and price of plumbing varies so much. I could not be more happy I found Jay at Benjamin Franklin. I will never use another plumber!

Jay was very competent and communicated the information i needed to prevent future problems. Jay was more than fair in the billing. I was impressed with this company. Honesty, quick response time, on time appointment time and follow-up was excellent. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them if I have other plumbing problems.

Fantastic company ! I had an emergency with my toilet leaking from the valve. I called after hours and Tyler W. Answered the phone quickly I told him what was going on and he told me the price upfront for an after hours emergency and gave me an estimate for repair. I feel so bad because I believe I called him from home and he was about an hr and a half away from my location He showed up with in the time he said he would. He had all the supplies needed on the work truck. He was very respectful and polite. Wonderful gentleman. I will definitely recommend this company and I will use this company for future plumbing repairs. Great job Tyler.
