      image The person who answered the phone was the owner I think. He was rude. I was appalled by his behavior as I explained the situation to him. Our basement had flooded. My 87 year old dad, whose house it was told me he had been doing business with this company for a long time and they were great. This person was not only rude but showed no empathy with me even though he still had my dad's address and phone number in his files.
      He said he would send someone out tomorrow. Well today is tomorrow, 4:30 pm and haven't heard one word from the company. Good thing I had the sense to call a different company.
