I took Balanced Body Movement principles online with Ahm this past weekend and it was a great experience! Ahm taught a very comprehensive and informative class that got me excited to take the next steps in my teacher training. Ahm is a very knowledgeable, welcoming snd kind instructor who shows that she truly cares for her clients individual needs.
Bovee Pilates/Pilates in East is a great community to be a part of, I would recommend to anyone to take classes or training!

I am currently working on my Pilates certification. I took the Movement Principles online course with Ahme. Ahme did an exceptional job thoroughly teaching the course to the students in studio and those attending online. I plan to attend more of Ahme's teaching training courses. If you have the opportunity to be in studio with Ahme or online I highly recommend you do so!

Absolutely amazing place! I have try yesterday class with my partner, we both love it! Location is perfect, teacher is a gem. We will be back!
