        I used All Phase Exterminators March 2023 for a bed bug problem. I am SO HAPPY we used them and it feels great to be bug-free! No bites since they treated the house! They are responsive and focus on education, being thorough, and worked with our schedule to do the treatment on a Saturday. They arrived about 9am and did a walkthrough to make sure we removed everything that could melt/explode/get messy from the heat. We showed them where we found a bug and where we were getting bit so they could hyper-focus in those areas but they treated the whole house in case they spread. They treated our cars first so we could leave for the day and then they did the house...the treatment took about 7 hours in total (including the cars). They called a few times throughout the day to update us and one time our security alarm went off and they needed approval to unplug it. I highly recommend them and they are the only company I talked to that GUARANTEE's their treatment. It wook a LOT of work to get the house ready for it, but it was worth it.         I called Allphase because they didn't deal with chemicals! I received a call back within the next 2 hours and an inspection was scheduled. I had an inspection/walk thru to determine infection and discuss prep work. I received great and professional service from Mike and his partner! I highly recommend them as an exterminator and am grateful for the wonderful job they did. Services: Bed bug extermination, General pest inspection
