Sam Bernstein, is the best legal firm in Michigan. My son was in a horrific accident, and I never had any doubt, but to call the Sam Bernstein law firm. They took care of EVERYTHING so I could focus on all the doctors appointments and the care of My Son needed. They were there for me from start to finish. I am so grateful for them. I'm actually in complete shock about my experience. You know how many times I have heard to call Sam or call and get the Bernstein advantage, being a 39yr old in Michigan? How many commercials,etc? Thousands. So I call and the first lady basically just says "Berstein or Sam berstein" You know what? I don't even want to finish the rest. They made me feel stupid and like they had better things to do before I could even get to it. I have never been in this position before where I needed an attorney. That's why I called, for advice. Your call staff was HORRIBLE. Honestly. Wow. The attitude and dismissive tone, I'll remember this one. I will trash your law firm verbally rest of my life, but it won't matter to you. You're loaded. Good for you.
