Staples Travel Services

I was doing a mailing job and my paper folder malfunctioned. I called around to local businesses to see if they could help. Different places could, however, not in the time frame I needed. When I called Staples Laura worked with myself and the managers Brant and DeMarco to price match a local competitor while Ethan did a great job folding the paperwork I submitted. Great teamwork and customer service in a company. Thank you again!

Extremely poor customer service. I had to ask a cashier for help and take them away from being a cashier because they dont want to staff any employees for the floor or have a manager be on the floor. Corporations nowadays just expect everything to work like a Walmart you walk in no one helps you and theres no expectation for customer service. Its just good luck. Its probably done one of the 12 isles. And they wonder why Amazon is killing all of these places

I've been a loyal Staples customer and am very disappointed that they will not stand behind their products for more than 14 days. I purchased a keyboard/mouse combo for when I occasionally work from home. I have used it twice & the mouse won't work anymore. Staples won't return or refund the product.
