Physician and nurse and reception staff were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. All in all a very good experience. Did not feel like it was an assembly line medicine as in other practices.

This is typical Westside medicine. We live on the east side of Michigan drive 2 1/2 hours to experience medicine like this. From the moment you greeted at registration to the nurse leading you back to the prep room you are felt welcome at all times. The staff takes time to listen to you And shows their concern. Dr. Korn is very nice. I must admit he probably sat with me for about 20 minutes going over my case and his treatment plan going forward Dr. Korn explained every step of the way in detail. I can see that Dr. Korn likes to take small steps in your treatment and not rush right off to surgery. I respect that. Once in the procedure room, it was short and sweet and I must admit virtually pain-free. I cant say enough about this practice, Definitely not east side medicine.
