Dear Mike, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Regrettably, the four boxes depicted in the photos contained plastic items that, like many other businesses experienced during and since the pandemic, faced challenges in finding recycling solutions, leading to their unfortunate disposal in landfills. Despite these difficulties, it is our responsibility to adhere to stringent internal procedures, including properly emptying and recycling such containers. We acknowledge this isolated lapse and are actively addressing it to prevent any recurrence. Beyond this incident, we are committed to a diverse range of sustainability practices.
