Avoid MOS at all costs. Terrible customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone. Our account is mess up constantly but their team does not take calls. Terrible communication.

Cannot get anyone to give me straight answers about our business account with them just call into the 800 number and get hung up on. Rate changes cant be explained and nobody is able to get us an account history so we can analyze how much we have been printing. While Xerox products are known for their quality. I would never recommend using them because of their horrible customer service.

I wish I could post ZERO stars. We used to be able to call the local office and get what we needed, no problem. Now it has been nothing but problems. Our printer kept jamming called half a dozen times to get it serviced, they couldn't get it scheduled. We were down for days. Try calling them to get your replacements, just try - I wish you good luck. Can't wait to be out of our lease with them.

Our experience with MOS-Xerox has been terrible. It started when we were told we had a new rep - who we never heard from until we started emailing whoever we could that we were looking at comparing quotes from several other companies. Even then, the rep didn't seem interested in keeping our business. Her reason for her voicemail box being full every time we called was because she didn't know how to fully delete messages. The customer care is non-existent. We have not been using any machines from them for 11 months, we've dealt with the leasing company already, and returned the machines, but we're still getting emails from the meter reading/billing department. The internal communications at this company just doesn't exist. If I could give zero stars and a huge warning to stay away, I would.

We have had nothing but issues since we signed our contract with them. Keep getting told we have a new rep, talk to them and they never get back to us for anything, next time you call it's the same story. It's been a year now and I'm still fighting for answers. Will never sign a contract with them again!
