Emily E. Does an amazing Job. This is my third time back and she has always been able to provide me with the knowledge and expertise I have been looking for. While also recommending products that might be useful, but not pushing for a sale.
You can tell she has amazing technical skills, and loves what she does. Everyone support her.

I feel the ladies at the front desk could use some training in how they treat the customers. The last 3 times the same lady was very snide with her responses. Or would ignore when I spoke.
Now my stylist Jerica is an absolute sweetheart. Shes very professional and knows her stuff. Listens to your wants and gives helpful thoughts and inputs if you ask. Always makes you feel so beautiful. Shes very professional, always on time and so careful.
