        This has got to be the most ghetto-est unprofessional run down staff I have ever encountered I feel sorry for the owner he has uneducated staff poor communication and neither has common sense you have the white crack heads who work nights then you have the black girl that makes $7.50 an hour talking about she a manager and cant even speak accurately if someone reads this review who knows the owner please let him know I was overcharged and did not receive my food when I called I was talk to like a dog I was told B1tch don't call here again hung up on 3 times then called during the day to hopefully catch a manager and was told what do you want sweetie I am the manager honey when asked her name I was asked mine when asked where the owner was was yelled at and told he wont ever be in when told they were unprofessional I was hung up on I just wanted my money back now I will call my bank and stop pay dont ever patronage this business he only employs people who should have been swallowed in life

        Kool aid is amazing, wings are huge, sauce is amazing, love this place, it's my new fav. Second time I ordered tho, they got my sauce wrong on my 18pc , but I still will order from them. The wings, Kool aid, and sauce is banging!

        Food never disappoints and is amazing! However, the employees and service isn't the best. I put my food in to be ready by 11:45 at like 10:30am so they had plenty of time to make the food. My food wasn't ready till 12:05, 20 mins later to just throw some food in a fryer. When I looked I realized both employees (cook and cashier) looked like they were basically sleeping and working as slow as possible even though there was like 6 people in line waiting for there food.

      Tammy, this is Mike the owner. I am opening another restaurant in Arizona so she was not lying! I was well aware of the situation and my employee was told you asked for Wing Dings. But you actually wanted Whole Wings! It was 10 minutes before closing and my employee tried to tell you she would replace your order anyways and to call back the next day they will fix the order! We have pictures on the wall explaining what all chicken looks like and what they are! We all make mistakes. But you started to threatened my employees life with a gun is not cool!?!? Wouldn't you be upset if someone did that to you? As of today I told my employee to leave you your number or just replace your chicken whatever you would like. I've been in business 15 years never paid any of my employees $7.50 So if you would like to handle this like a adult we can, no need for all of this it's only chicken! I always tell my employees customers come first, but to a point where they should be not down graded, abused or threatened! So I know you'll be back because are Chicken is to good not too.. Thank you Mike

      Grant, Sorry for the wait we had 1 fryer go down and huge orders at that time, also there was a repair guy working on the fryer so they were trying to work around him!It usually takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook chicken fresh as we always do for every order! If it's a big order with lots of sauces it will take a little longer! But are food is made with Love that's why it's so good!!Thank you for your business.Mike
