Blessing worked with us for 2 months to find our home! We had a tight deadline for when we could even buy, and she did everything she could to help us, while also gently giving us a realistic picture of the market. She worked with our schedule to go to showings, helped us craft multiple offers, and promptly communicated with us, especially after rejected offers. Two months later, after 15+ other offers, we found a home that seemed promising to work in our favor. Even though we were bordering on desperation and wanted to offer asking price or even above asking, Blessing shared her expertise with us. We ended up offering below asking and our offer got accepted! That was in July 2022, and in that market, we didnt even think that was possible. She saved us thousands of dollars. She also worked with us and guided us through the closing process. Blessing made a stressful, scary, and emotional experience a lot more enjoyable, and a lot less stressful.
