        The two women working there tonight did a phenomenal job considering how busy it was. They had a ton of orders to fill and there were some impatient customers waiting but the workers remained professional and they were so kind and helpful. Much appreciated!

        The best Jersey Mikes in the Grand Rapids area. Food is always top quality but what makes this place special is the employees. Ashley is always over the top kind and everyone around her seems to love her. I have never seen her have a bad interaction with a customer and trust me, Im there a LOT. This is the place to go!

        I absolutely love this location and everyone working here! Ashley is my favorite, shes the store manager there. I used to be a store manager for quite a few years and let me tell you, this staff adores her. Shes so polite and courteous and always makes sure they dont put any sauces in my sub cause I absolutely hate it, and other locations literally dont care and still use it. Food is also always fire and fresh and store is so clean.
