Men's resource center is an excellent resource for men in the community. They provide exceptional quality services for mental and emotional health and assist men with the wide array of challenges they may face.

As Director of Marketing for Sanford, I have worked with Randy Flood and the Men's Resource Center for a few years. He has conducted group sessions at Sanford House at John Street for Men and served as a contributor to our online magazine Excursions. Randy is a consummate professional. His book Mascupathy is a resource for learning about toxic masculinity and its impact on men's behavior.

Whenever I am looking to refer a male client who is looking to work on his mental health I first refer to The Men's Resource Center. They have transformed many lives and families through their work. I have learned so much from them as a clinician as well as in the ways they advocate and provide therapy to their clients.

I am inspired and grateful for the leadership that the Men's Resource Center has provided in our community as a service provider and thought leader in healing and growing individuals and groups. My interactions with each of the staff have been phenomenal. I am greatly impressed with how leadership at the Men's Resource Center has influenced human issues of domestic violence and toxic masculinity. Supporting their center will go a long way towards continued growth for us individuals as well as a community.
