    Did not even get a chance to have my son seen. He is 8 years old and had an urgent referral to get seen, I was told they couldn't get him in until March. I told her it was urgent and I was met with rude response from the scheduler. DO NOT RECCOMEND FIND ANOTHER PLACE.

    Called to see what step I could take with getting my son seen. Rep I spoke with made it seem as if it was not an urgent matter that my son could be seen do to the limited providers which I understand. The conversation could have been handled better other than making me feel like my son was not important or a candidate to be seen

    We were supposed to follow our ped dermatologist from lakeshore derm to here-dr foster requested my son stay with her. The receptionists would tell me they didn't know her sched and don't know when they would, call back next week. I did. Many times. Finally they said-very rudely-we don't know when we will have it you should go somewhere else. We weren't told of her move so we were now behind on my son's appt so we went back to lakeshore. Tried calling here for a medication refill, since Dr foster was his Dr and did his prescriptions. The receptionist said we aren't patients we can't come. I said no, we are, we were supposed to have an appt and YOU kept blowing us off and told me to go elsewhere. Now we need to see his doctor, he's been with her for quite a long time, she is his doctor. Flat out refused, we need a referral, wait is months blah blah. Customer service is a thing and you should have called us when you did have her schedule since we were supposed to see her and SHE requested my son stay with her. Def don't need a referral since he's already her patient. It's sad, Dr. Foster was the best derm we had ever met and really made my son feel good about losing his hair. Now my son is losing his hair again and we were told by Dr fosters previous office that they've sent hundreds of referrals including those dr foster wanted to go with her and Helen devos has all but refused to take them. Cool. "All about providing the best care"-unless a patient actually needs their Dr.
