Baby Envision 4D Ultrasound of Grand Rapids

Kind staff and the ultrasound tech was very knowledgeable and sweet! The room was large and it was so nice to have so many large screens to view baby. She let us pick our favorite pictures to be printed which was fun as well. Thank you all!

I had booked a gender reveal ultrasound as a Fathers Day surprise for my husband today. They called at 9:30am to tell me my appointment had to be canceled because a pipe had burst. Now my Fathers Day plans are ruined. No one else can get us in this week. I understand that things happen but no apologies were made and nothing was done to try to accommodate us. I would think maybe a discount or promotion since I would have been charged $35 if I had canceled today. Even if they had offered us an appointment at another location because they dont know when they will reopen that would have seemed a little more helpful.

Went two in a half years ago to find out as a birthday present to myself what the gender was of my fourth kid and the staff and tech was amazing so calming and cute I really love the heartbeat bears you can purchase as a keepsake I got really good images at 15 weeks definitely going back in a week or two for my fifth pregnancy with my son
