I had a procedure, and apparently, some labs were sent to your facility. I had never received any type of invoice or any type of contact that I owed your facility money until today when I received a notice in the mail that my account had been sent to a debt collector. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with your billing services. I pay my bills - had I actually received notification that I had an outstanding invoice with your company, I would have made sure it was paid right away. It is completely unacceptable to treat your patients in this manner - this negatively affects credit and can result in bad and underserved consequences in someone's life. When I tried to call to talk to someone regarding this issue, she didn't even talk to me - just transferred my call without saying a word - she might as well have hung up on me. I sincerely hope this is not how you treat all of your customers.
