        If there were negative stars I would give it. Not only did they provide poor customer service based on their promises; but when I called to complain the manager basically refuted my complaint with a brush off of what was told to me regarding delivery. Never again, and especially because he talked to me as if I was a 12 year old and not a customer who had just handed them over a thousand dollars.

      Jonathan Stevens Mattress Co.

      We are a West Michigan company that is a factory direct mattress retailer. We make all of our own mattresses and foundations right in Grand Rapids, MI where our headquarters is. We have 8 retail showrooms, where all of the products we make are displayed and our customers can get fit for a mattress. We then build the mattress and deliver it in our own trucks right to our customer's home. We love our community and are involved in many local causes and charities. We use some of the highest quality components available in the mattress industry to ensure a high-quality mattress that provides optimal sleep.

We apologize for the inconvenience on your delivery time window, the drivers had 3 deliveries all in a tight geographical window, so they were at your house earlier than expected.
