Good luck getting a quote. Never answered the phone when called and never replied to messages. Even if the service area is to far away (which I drive every day) it would be nice to hear something back. Not a good sign for any business.

You will not be disappointed! About 4 years ago we had a hairline crack in our current basement and it was leaking when there was heavy rain. We had used Atlas at our previous home with great success, so we had them come out to make this repair. We had a finished basement and we were worried it would make it harder to repair. They had to pull bushes and mulch and dig 3-4 ft below the grade to make the repair. They cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. You wouldn’t have even known they had been there. My husband, occasionally, double checks that corner after a heavy rain. We’ve never had any problems! We would highly recommend them! – Theresa Wall

Jerry came over for the quote in 2 areas of my basement. On one side he had to install drain tile and connect to an existing drain. They are horrible at removing and re-filling the concrete. I was expecting them to saw it and then pour new afterwords. They just jackhammered really jagged, and then when they filled it, in some areas it was over half inch too high, I had to grind the entire length before I could prep the floor.
On the other side he said "I'm 100% confident this is the cause of a crack". When they came to repair the only thing they did was installed drains in front of my basement windows WITHOUT ANY DRAIN COVERS! That means anything can get down and CLOG my drain tile.
I called to confront him about it and he then said "There's no crack there, I've been doing this long enough to know when there's a crack and there is no crack in your foundation". I complained that in order to prove there is none, he would have to dig down and inspect. He said they would return, dig down, prove it, and install drain covers. That was in January or February, when we had the big thaw. He has NOT returned, and the last time I spoke with him he said "You installed gutters, problem solved" as if the gutters would cure a crack in the foundation. I've already paid him and he has yet to return to fix the problem!

He says I'm lying in his response. Not true. Robin Maslowski (my realtor) referred them and then left a 5 star review a year after said incident rather than calling him out on what he did to me. They never did stop back out, it was never solved by the BBB, he just kept telling them he took care of the issues but never even stepped foot on my property again. Horrible business ethic and customer service.
