Valpak has been a critical ingredient to our success as a restaurant. We continue to reach out to new customers through the mailings which has positively impacted our growth as a business, even during Covid. Lia and her team are a dream to work with. Very professional, prompt, and meticulous.

Lia is completely fake. Typical salesperson. She could care less about small business, and only cares about money. Total scam. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company. Lia cannot even read her own contracts. Tried to charge us for a promotional month, saying the contract allowed her to, but nowhere in the contract was that allowed. When pointed out, she just ignores that. Rude, arrogant, and snotty. She needs a lesson in customer service. -- In response to the business reply, "where we had to point out our agreement terms." -- Please, point them out. Post it on here, please. You can't point to anything in the agreement that supports what you tried to do -- Which is bully me into paying more than we agreed. You sold me a promotion and tried to renege on it. Please, post anywhere in our agreement where it says I had to pay for my "free" month at any point under any condition. You know, and I know, it wasn't in there. So stop your lies!
