        Brought my grandmothers ring Im thats very special to me to have turned into an engagement ring. I had the lady working check it out but she sat there doing paperwork also avoiding helping me, then proceeded to toss it to the side like trash. NEVER GOING BACK.

        The lady who runs the place is not knowledgeable, poorly organized, and has an attitude. I recommend going somewhere else as there are much better options around the greater Grand Rapids area.

        Yes. Guns AND gold... but I went for a gun and they were great, found ways to fill customer needs in the middle of covid. Thanks guys

        Hidden goldmine. Owners are super cool and helpful, nice selection of firearms, quick turnaround if you order something Almost dont want to post this because Im selfish. In and out. No matter what you want. They might have to order it, but youll be the first to know when they have it, and youll walk away with it in 30 mins. Just wish theyd sell me one of those cool clocks they have on display that I keep asking about every time Im there
