One example was when my husband bought an anniversary band to match my wedding band - when I put it on, we realized it was a slightly different size. George worked with us and A. Cassidy and Jeff were absolutely AMAZING to work with! I knew exactly what I wanted for an engagement ring, but only had a photo. They made that photo a reality, and then some! They were so patient with my pickiness, and so sweet. My fianc proposed in October, and Im STILL starring at this ring on a daily basis. I am so forever thankful for the professionalism from both of them, and even more so for the continued bond I have with this jeweler now. 100% recommend them for EVERY jeweler need you have!
