        This 4th time this week on hold for long periods of time, I never had business with them but my current employer uses them for retirement plans and was surprised when I tried to set up my account and there were 5 accounts opened that I NEVER opened myself. I've been trying to close the accounts and get an answer but it's been a week of trying to get a hold of someone to help me and nothing, I ain't enrolling with them rather I save the money in a regular account with my credit union. Don't use them.

        Donot use fidelity for any financial services! All is good and well until you have an issue with account then you are put on telephone hold for hours. Yes...hours!!! They restricted my account then would not remove the restrictions after receiving the required information! Meanwhile, I am losing money by the minute while they continue to play phone games.
