At my suggestion a friend of mine in a wheelchair went to the Northland location to upgrade his phone April 4 in the afternoon and was there for almost 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged at any point by any of the young employees working that day, not even a glance or a simple greeting! He left very upset and disappointed! No one even offered to assist him at any time, and assistance getting in and out of the store for anyone with mobility issues should be a common courtesy. This experience for my friend was totally unacceptable and unprofessional! There is absolutely no acceptable excuse for this incident and think the employees involved should be fired! I am very angry about this and wondering why the store employees aren't better trained by their manager!?! I will never return to that location and am suggesting others, especially those using a walker or a wheelchair avoid this store location!

Stopped in to get my fianc phone transferred, I enjoyed the friendly customers service answered all of our questions and the process was quicker than expected, the sales representative Shelby was very nice and gave us a great convo to pass time. Appreciate your service !
