        EDIT: The store is under new management, I stopped in to have this conversation about this service and they were super apologetic, took responsibility for the reps poor service and dealt with my matter expeditiously. If this is the service to expect in the future, 5/5 stars all around. The new manager, Joseph, is knowledgeable, personable and all about customer service. This will stay as my future service location. THANKS GUYS!
