I never received my correct purchase! The order was very wrong and I was promised a replacement that never happened. I called for months and got no return call. It been a year since I ordered the sign. You stole my money.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They have a D+ with the BBB. For almost a month I've been fighting with them just to install the pieces I purchased. Come to find out the installation comes with stipulations. I bought two large 5 foot by 5 foot pieces and paid for delivery and installation explaining the vaulted (19 foot-ish) walls where I was wanting them hung. I was told installation wasn't possible when they showed up, for "safety" reasons, and can be refunded. I'm not sure where they expected such large pieces of art to be hung. it wasn't until I threatened litigation did they finally schedule me but then neglected to even show up!!!! Please save yourself the trouble these people are deceptive conartist!

If you buy from the store, there is no problem. HOWEVER, if you want to make any changes or place an order, then you have to go online and it is nothing short of a nightmare!! No one will return your calls or texts, and if they do happen to return a text you can rest assured you will never hear from them again. My daughter was getting married and we spent a great deal of money on Michigan coasters that were beautiful. We then decided to exchange them for coasters the shape of Michigan with the couple's name on them. We contacted the store and were told they could do nothing and we had to call the online store. We did that and no one would return our calls or texts. My daughter then tried and they did respond with a price for the new coasters. We then asked for a refund to exchange the coasters already purchased and once again they completely ignored us. They lost $100 in this mess and obviously don't care. Never stepping foot in that place again.

Really, really poor customer service. Wanted to order a piece in a different size, and all the person working in the store could tell us was to call a phone number or order online. She knew/would tell us nothing about pricing and when directly asked if she could help us order it since we saw prices online were higher, she said no. This was, of course, after looking around in the store for about 15 minutes without her saying hello or asking if she could help us. We will find artwork elsewhere rather than purchasing here.
