        Rich Tafoya does a great job. He explains plans well and listens to your needs. We have had a great experience and good participation from our employees. Globe Life offers free stuff even to those employees who don't buy into a plan. The 2 times of year option to add or remove insurance is great too. Rich went out of his way to make sure our first bill for the new plan year was correct and showed me how to reconcile the bill online. Thanks Rich.

        Theyve called repeatedly, offering me a job that I did not sign up for. Ive asked them repeatedly to remove me from any list. Now they call and hang up repeatedly. Dirtbags.
