The room was clean, big, and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was great, close to activities our family was doing, without being in the congested/down town area. Meijer is located basically in the parking lot, so that made it easy to run and grab snacks/drinks that were needed.
The staff was very pleasant, always conversing with us when we walked in the lobby, and making sure we didnt need anything. I forget the mans name that checked us in I know he is 27yo and his birthday is 11/26 - he was great, as was the front desk manager, Justin.
The pool area was kept clean, and we were the only ones in the pool for most of the time. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, lots of options. I didnt hear anyone being loud at any time of the day. It was the perfect spot for us, and if we are in the area again, we will stay here.

My experience at this Holiday Express was excellent. I was first greeted by the front desk clerk Oliver. He was friendly, attentive and even helped get me some more hangers since I was going to be staying for 12 days. Every morning at breakfast, I was greeted by Kim(I believe I have her name right) She always made sure everything thing had food in it and I had a laugh that she had to tell people constantly to put the lid up on the eggs, sausage, etc. Make a sign! lol I did have some issues with my refrigerator and Oliver was doing his best to assist me. When the manager Christy got word of it, she worked to rectify it immediately. She even gave me money to put towards the food I had to throw away. I just appreciate the level of care Oliver had as well as Christy to help make things right. I highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay. The staff makes sure you feel welcome and will do their best to assist you with whatever you might need. Thank you!
