        DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM HERE!!! Purchased carpet in 2020, in Jan of 2024 carpet began falling apart. Home Depot denied a warranty claim because carpet was not professionally cleaned every 18 months, something they NEVER mentioned needed to happen to keep our lifetime warranty active!! the carpet now looks terrible, has continued to fall apart due to a faulty repair job done by the install company home depot hired in the first place to install carpet and then took months to get any responses only to be denied my warranty claim. They found a loop hole and used it to get out of doing what is right. So So disappointed with the customer service and quality of product we spent thousands of dollars on.
