The Medical Team Hospice

I am the Clinical Director at Kauhale and have worked there for two years. Medical Team Hospice and I have developed one of the best most informative and best communicative relationships for quality of life to our residents possible. They are patient, kind and I will be 100% honest if my family needs hospice in future they will be my go to. I have only kind/positive words to say about the entire team!

I am both staff and have used for service(my sister in-law) I love my team. We love our patients and treat them as a family member. My brother and sister in-law both enjoyed our team. Nursing staff was compassionate, understanding, and clearly explained anything that was asked. The staff was quick to respond to any need or want we had. The communicated effectively and compassionately. We felt safe under their care for whole time She was receiving care. Would 100% recommend this team to everyone.

As an employee, I can tell you that this place is one of the best companies I have worked for! They are truly passionate about their job and the care they provide to each and every patient is beyond amazing. Not only does the medical team go above and beyond for their clients, they go above and beyond for their employees. They always show appreciation and understanding for every employee. I 10000% will forever recommend this team to everyone. I can personally tell you how much they care for their clients as my grandpa was in hospice with them and they did an awesome job getting him home so we could spend the last week with him!!

As a master massage therapist with over 20 years of experience I am literally floored by the fact that I was denied employment without so much as an interview. I already volunteer for a different branch of hospice in West Michigan. Once again I'm a master level massage therapist and I'm simply appalled that I was denied without so any consideration.
