        We purchased our home in 2018 and couldn't be happier. Wonderful home, outstanding quality and craftsmanship. In addition, John Halland was incredibly responsive to questions after the purchase, even beyond the one year warranty period.

        We bought a spec home from John in 2008. We spent 10 great years in that house and had no significant issues. Both during the warranty period and in the years afterward, John was quick to respond when we had questions about the house. I kid you not, when we were selling the house, the guy who inspected it for the buyers literally said it was one of the most well-built houses he had ever inspected, and we had nothing on our to-do list. I cant speak to the experiences of others, but after hearing that comment I felt it was important to leave a review about our experience.

        We bought the house in 2019. The house is beautiful and well finished with attention to details. We love the layout and large windows with plenty of light.
