Very good experience at this place. My 13 year old son has been interested in powerlifting but we don't know much about it. We just walked in, knowing nothing about public gym etiquette, completely clueless. One of the owners spent about an hour answering every one of my sons questions! He was able to immediately apply what he learned about the details of proper form and set new PRs right there! We were so pumped. I haven't been to any other gyms to compare, but I can say it was a very comfortable space. Open, with plenty of room for using all the equipment with no interference.

Large, open space, capable of hosting 5x the amount of people that are ever at the gym at a given time. 5x the amount of equipment you could ever need and more. People are also 5x more friendly and knowledgeable than at the typical gyms. The price is not even close to 5x the price of said gyms. It seems unreal until you try it. Try Unreal.

I lived in GR for a 6 month internship in 2021 and this was my gym then. Just happened to come across a video that reminded me of it and I want to come back and post a review as a small thank you. Had all the equipment that I needed and it was 24/7 - literally what else could I need. I came at like 2am and hardly ever saw a soul. It rocked. Thanks guys.
