I purchased 6 dining room chairs from Thomasville in October 2021, waited for 4 months for them to be delivered and they did not put the casters on two chairs. Finally 10 months later the casters are on but the company is refusing to pay me what I paid to get the chairs fitted. I have documentation stating that thay would reimburse me. I cant get a check because they sent the check to the furniture store. My dealing are with you and not the store. Im not getting anywhere now and cant get people to return my phone calls
