Thelma's Flowers was an amazing shop to work with. We used their floral services for our wedding. Thelma's Flowers took my ideas and made them into a dream come true. The vision-casting and bouquet arrangement for both my (bride) and bridesmaid bouquets were better than I could have ever imagined. Thelma's Flowers is professional, amazing to work with, and provide amazing customer service. I would totally use them again for any floral needs.

Just recently moved to GR and I think I found my go-to flower spot. Amazing customer service, the florist spent time with me and helped me choose the perfect arrangement that fit my budget. 10/10 would recommend.

Kelley went above and beyond creating a large quantity of table centerpieces for an event. Since we were not yet in town, she went to the hotel and picked up the vases, and then sent many samples of arrangements until we found one that matched what we were looking for, and fit in our budget. She even went early in the morning to pick up a specific type of flower for us from a wholesale! Lastly, she delivered the flowers to us at our hotel, and after the event, allowed us to drop them back off at the shop for her to donate to a nursing home. Every part of Kelley's service went above and beyond and she was an absolute gem to work with (not to mention the flowers were all fresh and beautiful!). I would definitely recommend Thelma's Flowers to anybody in the Grand Rapids or greater area.
