There was no customer service whatsoever here. I recently came here to look for some jewelry and I noticed I was the only customer in the shop on a Friday afternoon. I was browsing the jewelry locked in their cases and not one associate greeted me or asked if I needed help. In fact, I believe there was only one associate in the store at the time, and she ignored me. Instead of asking If I needed help or even saying HELLO, she walked right passed me and proceeded to work in a corner. I was hoping to buy some jewelry and ask questions about a service they offer, but the attitude of the associate here left a nasty taste in my mouth and I immediately left. As someone who's worked in retail/CS for 10+ years, I was baffled how I was treated, and how this young girl blatantly ignored me. This young girl needs extensive training on customer service, otherwise she should find a job that doesn't face customers. This establishment won't get a dime from me.
