Kristi S. Kern, DO

I have been going to Dr. Kern for over 15 years. As her practice has grown, it does take a couple months to get in specifically to her now but worth the wait. She is knowledgeable, takes time to listen and open to referring as needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone in addition to Heather Dickerson.

I have dealt with a lot of chronic pain while Dr. Kern has been my PCP over the last 15ish years. While she was always willing to refer me to various specialists, there were never any answers or resolutions, and I never felt that there was any extra effort from her to try to figure out the root issue and provide me with some relief. She explored a few major options of what could be causing the issue, but when those proved to not be it, she went no further. Some very serious blood work results were completely ignored by here and are just coming to my attention now after seeing other providers. And while she knows I have never been a fan of medication or the like, that is often all she has to recommend for most things that she did try to address. I used to appreciate Dr. Kerns bedside manner, but it has become increasingly difficult over the years to make an appointment with her due to high demand and appointments have become incredibly rushed. Another concern that has developed over the years is that whoever Im seeing (Dr. Kern included) never seems to review my chart before the appointment and they come into the appointment completely unaware of even recent medical history.
