Loved the wonderful care I received from Dr. Humphries, but the physician that took over was rude and eventually had to leave the practice.Too many complaints.

They always follow up. I have never had an experience where I didn't feel like someone was not trying their absolute hardest to help. That's a lot to ask for now days, good to see there is still a medical culture like this.

I give this place 4 stars because the providers/ clinical staff are amazing. I used to work here and I would have to give the atmosphere of working here a 0 because the upper management is horrible. It used to be a really fun place to work at until the upper management changed.I would never work there again but I am very satisfied with the quality of care I get from my nurse and my provider.

The people that pick up the phone do not listen and you have to constantly give the same information you already did. They speak without being for sure if an opening is even available and have no actual idea how todo the job. Spent 30mins on the phone for them to not even take our insurance after giving them all the info 2 times. Just ridiculous.

I see Dr. Vollmar and so do others in my family. I was a Medical practice consultant and a healthcare educator at the local colleges until a terrible car accident 18 months ago. I will protect and post the integrity and care from Dr. Vollmar . I have been with this practice a long long time. . Patient care and Understanding are the highest at this office. I am applauding this office. Dr. Vollmar is an excellent physician. He was listed as my PCP with my lengthy (6 month) inpatient hospital stays and I knew he was looking at every report and following me.
