I emailed Dominique and Olivia with the full list and details of my concerns with their service of my October 22 2022 wedding on November 14th. I did not hear back, I then texted Olivia on 11/29 to see if she wanted to respond before I posted my review online. I have heard nothing back from either of them. I really enjoyed my phone calls with Olivia. She always helped me to feel confident and secure with her/her company as my day of coordinator. It was not in my contract, but I was told by Olivia from the beginning that she would do her best to be at my rehearsal. She told me a few months before the wedding that she would likely be assigning me to another member of her company since I needed a decorator for my wedding as well. I found out once I was assigned this coordinator that she(Dominique) was contracted by the company and that she does this very on the side of her other full time job, etc. I trusted her because Olivia trusted her and was let down. Many parts of my wedding went smoothly because of Dominique, but there were several un-used/misplaced decorations, Dominique double booked me twice for phone calls within 2 weeks of the wedding, and she cancelled coming to my rehearsal the day before because she hadn't realized how far away the venue was&"Something had come up" -- Even though she confirmed she would be there for the rehearsal multiple times leading up to the day. Finding this out the day before was a huge breach of my trust and something that had a domino affect going into the wedding day. We were supposed to review the decor plan together in person at the venue and she was supposed to help lead the ceremony rehearsal. Dominique did offer to video call with me instead, which I did not do because 1) I didn't end up having time to have a video call with her, and 2) she can't lead the rehearsal from a video chat in my opinion. I ended up leading my own rehearsal because I didn't have time or extra energy to find someone new to assign this duty to. I am most disappointed by the lack of response to the private E-mail I sent in hopes to resolve and discuss my concerns. I wish this was a 5 star review.

There are not enough stars to show how awesome Olivia and her staff are!! I planned my entire wedding from out of state. All of our communication was by phone, text, email... but she answered every call, talked me off every ledge. I didn't even have the chance to meet her face to face until our rehearsal the night before our wedding and I LOVE this woman!! Olivia and her staff are professional, personable, funny, prompt, reliable. Simply Amazing!! She made our wedding day seamless and fun. I knew she had everything under control which allowed to me enjoy the day. If you are planning an event THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT!!!

This service is amazing! I am so amazed that I didnt have to run around and do everything that I normally do when I have a get together! I never get to enjoy it like a did after planning my daughters bridal shower pool party for months. Kim and her team were so professional and took so much weight off of my shoulders. I cant see having a get to together in the future without her service. Ready to serve was truly a blessing!
