QCI Healthcare

As with all reviews seems like only the disgruntled ex employees leave any comments so I feel compelled to balance that with something less bias. QCI is a very reliable provider of high quality medical staff for hospitals & long term care, and although I dont have direct experience in it, they also do a great job recruiting for travel nurse positions nationally. Fact is you get personal care here. You get to know the people that help you. I love this which is why my employer has had them as primary staffing partner since 2012. Don't let a few people who got fired for poor work performance and still have internet access mislead you. If you are a worker, they certainly pay well and offer health insurance and they treat you like an adult and in return expect the highest level of professionalism when in the field. If youre a health care facility then they always come through with what they promise, with people you can feel comfortable will provide the highest quality care from the moment they step into your facility on day 1. With staffing levels being what they are, you can't beat that. I'd put them up against anyone I have worked with.

It has only been 7 months, but so far I must say I am impressed by how many options there are for facilities to go to. My previous agency had 2 main facilities, and the staff at the facilities did not appreciate agency at all! So I love having options, Linda D is my scheduler and I book about a month in advance. Great pay, great options.

One of the best staffing agencies. It is very easy to talk to Angela/Ryanne. I can pick up as many hours as I want. The workload is sooo amazing too.
