Prometric Testing Center

Took a 9 hour test at this prometric location. Building has two single use bathroomssomething I was concerned about but I didnt have a problem finding an empty one during breaks. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick. Testing area was organized and quiet. No fridge but there is a water fountain in the main lobby.

I had a great experience, everyone who works there was friendly, the security that they must do after each break was quick, the test room is comfortable. It has a parking area. I would take an exam there again without hesitation.

Im not sure why there are so many awful reviews, but hopefully this helps assure those who need to test: all three staff members today were very professional, respectful, and efficient; check-in and check-out were very quick, the testing conditions were excellent. I wouldnt hesitate to schedule another test at this location.

After reading all the reviews, I was terrified of what I would walk in to. The waiting room is on the smaller side, but its not meant for long term waiting. The staff that checked me in were kind & professional. The cubicle & seat to test in were spacious & comfortable. The whole process went very smooth, and one of the staff members even gave me a resource to utilize to help study with a later test.
