I requested to have some dress shirts pressed but when I picked them up, they barely looked better than when I dropped them off. On one of my sleeves you can see a very wrinkled sleeve. Very disappointing and I was offered only store credit in return. Never going here again.

This is to show appreciation to the staff at the Kalamzoo and 68th street location. Upon entering, it was very clean and the employee Christine, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to my business needs. Christine normally works at the Breton location but is helping cover another employee who's on vacation for 2 weeks. By the way she carried herself, I thought Christine was management but she corrected my assumption and said she's been here for about 1-1/2 years. I find it important to show recognition and appreciation to individuals who deserve it and this lady deserves all that! She represents this small business in a very professional manner and takes good care of each customer and their needs. I do not personally know Christine as this is the 1st time we've met. I just want to share a happy review. It's hard to find help like this these days. I'll definitely be back.
