I've used Sheldon's for my everyday dry cleaning so I didn't hesitate to use them for my wedding dress and my husbands suit after we got married. We dropped them off in august and my husbands suit was done quickly. Months passed and I started to worry. It did have red wine spilled on it so I just thought that was the reasoning. My husband finally reached out in dec/Jan and stayed in touch with the regional manager for awhile until they told us they had lost it. It was obvious the regional manager worked countless hours to find the dress and that meant a lot. At first, they offered a refund based on the insurance claim we filled out when it was dropped off which was basically the total amount that we paid. A few days later we were told they could get us the same dress from the designer for half off and personalized (covered by Sheldon's). I really didn't want to go through the long tailoring process again so we said we'd just take the original refund. However, he later said they'd only refund us for the half price dress since their offer was the lower price. Incredibly let down and I don't feel like anything I drop off is safe now, and that I wouldn't be fairly compensated if something else happened. We won't be returning to Sheldon's.

This dry cleaner does a terrible job. I brought in a dress to be steamed and they charged $17 and when I got it home the wrinkles were all still there. Brought in a coat previously to have cleaned and specifically marked where there were spots to treat and I swear they just took the stickers off and said it was done. The spots clearly had not been touched. I have had it. I will never use Sheldon again. Do not recommend.

Took a dress for my wife to this cleaner's. The lady that helped me was fantastic. Asked how long it would take and she said it will be ready in 2 days. Got a phone call on the day I needed to pick up the dress and was informed they sent it to another location and asked if I wanted them to have it shipped back to the correct one(which wouldn't get it to me in the time frame i needed it) or if I wanted to pick it up the three other location. I agreed to pick up at other location only because we needed the dress. When I was at the other location I wasn't even offered discount for the companies mess up. I asked why it happened and the lady told me it happens often and the driver mixes up the location often. With that being told to me I don't think I'll ever use then again because of this reason. If they know this is a common thing, maybe they should look for a new delivery driver. Quality of work was good just the time and money I had to use to drive around town getting a dress that should have been delivered to the correct place.
