We had lab work to complete this week. There were several others in line ahead of us. Regardless, we were treated very professionally and were in and out in mere minutes. The phlebotomist was superb. Never felt the needle.

Today I had a great experience with Katy and the nurse that helped me( I can't remember her name) They listened to all of my concerns and I felt heard and cared about! It was really easy to get my meds refilled as well! Thank you !! :)

I'd give zero if I could. We've had issues where we had to call the office 4 days in a row to remind them that they didn't refill my wife's prescriptions. Last week we braught my daughter in to be seen and turned out she had strep throat. 1 day latter our son started showing symptoms so we called to get a script for him or take him in and then they told us oh just wait until his symptoms get worse. Now we call and say hey we need an apt and they say oh we can't see him you need to take him to the emergancy room because he has been throwing up over the last 24 hours he is probably dehydrated even after we said he has been drinking tons of water and doesn't act lethargic at all. Overall over the last 6 years we have felt like they haven't taken our concerns seriously or other issues. Enough is enough our whole family will be moving to another office to be seen from now on.
