I schedule for a cleaning. Went in, had x-rays and was informed that we were doing two crowns. Neither of the teeth were bothering me but they insisted that it was urgent. I acquiesced and regret doing so. I was immediately charged in full, $2396.00, for the 2 Crowns, scaling and cleaning. The work took 6 full months to complete. Then when I FINALLY did get my teeth cleaned, which was the ONLY service I requested: my teeth were not actually cleaned. After I left I was able to scratch plaque off of my teeth with my finger nails. What it felt like was he had bills to pay and I was his tool. It would be hard to be more disappointed. I am giving Great Lakes Dental another try as I accompanied my partner to his appointments there and was both pleased and impressed with the care.

Left a tip of a syringe in the roof of my mouth. Still there. This guy gave me PTSD after the work he did on me. My wife is also traumatized after getting her first root canal with him, and has serious anxiety about going to the dentist now. We are highly surprised he is still employed.

If you are getting your wisdom teeth out Dr. Webb is the person to see! He has that confidence you want to see in someone who is about to give you surgery. I think equally important, he has a wonderful personality, I didn't think I would be laughing before an extraction. My teeth were a little more challenging than expected and he thought on his feet very quickly to help me out. I have never had such a great dentist, so I'd try for him if your needing some work done!
