        I called the dentist office today and my concern was about a letter I received. I thought it was saying I missed an appointment the 86.$ fee however it was a from a previous appointment I still owed a balance my insurance did not cover. I understood and I was ok with that. But the receptionist was very rude and she hung up in face. This is unbelievable and very unprofessional. I really love Dr Neuman and his wife they are great people and I would recommend anyone to their office for dental care but the receptionist i Believe she said her name was cole. She doesnt belong there.
